Thank you for choosing Zen Agro Foods. We aim to deliver safe, hygienic, and well-packaged products in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched, delivered, and supported.
1. Service Regions & Delivery Partners
We currently ship products across India using trusted delivery partners. Service availability depends on pincode coverage and regulatory conditions.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may vary based on:
• Delivery location
• Order weight & volume
• Ongoing promotions (if applicable)
Certain orders may be eligible for Free Shipping offers.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–15 working days from the date of confirmed payment.
Dispatch timeline may vary depending on:
• Stock availability
• Production cycles
• Incoming inventory
• Order volume / festive rush
• Courier pickup schedules
Delays may occur if a particular product is temporarily unavailable or under replenishment.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time may differ based on destination region:
Karnataka (Major Cities): 3–10 working days
South & West India: 4–12 working days
North & East India: 7–15 working days
Remote Locations / NE States / Hilly Regions: 10–15+ working days
Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by:
• Weather disruptions
• Strike/bandh or traffic restrictions
• Peak seasonal load
• Festivals and holidays
• Government regulations
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched:
• Tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS/Portal
• Customers must monitor updates for delivery coordination

6. Packaging & Quality Protection
We follow food-grade packaging standards:
• Sealed pouch / vacuum pack
• Shock-resistant secondary packaging
• Special care for products requiring specific handling
If the delivery package looks tampered or leaking:
• Do NOT accept delivery
• Take photos + video and email support immediately
7. Delivery Attempts & Failures
Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
Refunds are NOT applicable if:
• Customer provides wrong/incomplete address
• Customer is unreachable
• Delivery is refused without valid reason
• Product deteriorates due to delayed acceptance
Reshipment charges may apply for reattempts.
8. Delays & Responsibility
Zen Agro Foods is not liable for delays due to:
• Courier network issues
• Unforeseen transit interruptions
• Product replenishment delays
• Force majeure events (disasters, lockdowns, etc.)
Delays in shipping do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Courier tracking records (including OTP or signature) serve as valid proof of delivery.
Any claim of non-receipt must be raised within 24 hours of status "Delivered."
10. Wrong Product / Damage Claims
On rare occasions if you receive:
• Wrong product
• Package tampered
• Quality issue before best-before date
Please raise claim within 24 hours with clear photos/videos. We will arrange replacement/refund as per policy.
